Repeat business is always a good performance barometer and JWM training programs get plenty of it. JWM began to train clients in media and issue management skills so we could work with them to better achieve public relations outcomes. Over the years, we've conducted workshops in issue management, community relations and media communication for well over 100 organisations. Our workshops are participant-centred and provide the necessary strategic and operational skills in a collegial context. Each workshop uses the JWM strategic methodology but is fully customised to the requirements of organisations involved.
