Repeat business is always a good performance barometer and Jackson Wells' training programs get plenty of it. Jackson Wells began to train clients in media and issue management skills so we could work with them to better achieve public relations outcomes. Over the years, we've conducted workshops in issue management, community relations and media communication for well over 100 organisations. Our workshops are participant-centred and provide the necessary strategic and operational skills in a collegial context. Each workshop uses the Jackson Wells strategic methodology but is fully customised to the requirements of organisations involved.
