Office & IT Manager
Kurt has managed all things administrative at Jackson Wells for most of the company's years of operation (since 1999). He looks after the company's IT systems, processing of chargeable hours, supervision of building/office maintenance, renovations and moves, hiring of admin support staff and office procurement.
IT-wise, he has helped establish the LAN (Local Area Network) as well as setting up remote (VPN) access for directors, trains personnel to work competently within the system, troubleshoots and resolves operational issues as they emerge and is the company's webmaster.
He also works closely with the financial controller in covering off banking, payroll, invoicing and reconciliation. He also provides value-add services to consulting staff through extensive First and Second Level Helpdesk support, upgrades and rebuilds work-stations as required for staff movements and maintains core admin document templates and registers.
He is also Secretary of the building's body corporate committee.
